What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?

Britix24 has achieved great progress in a short amount of time, and we are now more structured and have more cross-departmental connections. It is critical in both large and small businesses since it helps us to carry out ideas more successfully. Bitrix24 has assisted us in meeting project planning issues, which has resulted in less wastage of resources, Bitrix24 has assisted us in making healthy changes because of its numerous resources and features, which have allowed our staff to save significant time in completing everyday duties by giving everything we require through a single, well-organized platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Bitrix24 is a high-quality piece of software that allows for efficient project and resource management, it is a popular software for both small and large enterprises since it promotes collaboration and makes teamwork easier. It is a wonderful tool for completing everyday operations and handling consumer calls across several locations with good network speed, i appreciate how simple and versatile this application is; its features and functions make it an excellent alternative for optimizing our CRM, automating paperwork, managing projects, incorporating documents and improving internal communication and cooperation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One minor issue is that alerts are regularly delayed, which can be inconvenient, and the server is frequently emptied. It would be much more handy if we could save email templates for future usage when sending emails with CRM. Furthermore, the Bitrix24 support service is worthless since it takes an exorbitant length of time to answer. Some functions such as registration functionality, may cease to operate unexpectedly and the fee may be too expensive for small enterprises and groups.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It has numerous functions that can help you get the whole lot you want for a clean jogging of an corporation in a single place: collaboration, paintings scheduler, CRM, name middle and internet site builders. The self-hosted model of bitrix24 works quicker on our server as we've got complete manage over the data, supply code and different tools. We can paintings as a team, which will increase our possibilities of success.

What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?

Trainers can save private notes for each client on the administrative side of the app, which keeps all the details of their care well-documented in one easy-to-use place. This ensures continuity of care (think vacations and someone trying to read your handwritten notes) and a sense that your coach really knows you. These notes can be taken and saved during the session without the need to record them later!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

it's a brilliantly simple and smart training platform. Our customers (of all ages) easily understand how to use it, and as a business we can easily onboard customers, communicate with them, and measure our customers' progress and success.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some features still need to be developed further. There is no easy way to filter members or free up a place with an absent customer

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

easy to set up classes, organize passes. Simple interface. The migration has been mostly successful from MBO. Business notifications are great for seeing who owes payment. The ability to make templates is very good. I don't have to use smart lists, yes, but I sure will.

The calendar function of BITRIX24 makes it simple to assign assignments to staff and highlight activities. We were able to resolve the work process mapping issue and create a database that was always available to our clients. This is required for dealing with trade dashboards, and the results will be processed in this capacity. You may rapidly connect with individuals in many departments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I've been using Bitrix24 for over two years and it's a highly user-friendly web application. The system's best features are staff management and kanban for task management. CRM embeds are also available for sales, project management, and a variety of other modules. I can classify people based on their occupation. As a consequence, the time of a job may be established, and each person of the meeting averages and adds to the actions taken to face and complete the assignment.
