Some features still need to be developed further. There is no easy way to filter members or free up a place with an absent customer

easy to set up classes, organize passes. Simple interface. The migration has been mostly successful from MBO. Business notifications are great for seeing who owes payment. The ability to make templates is very good. I don't have to use smart lists, yes, but I sure will.

The only slight flaw is that the warnings are delayed, which might be difficult to manage. As I have stated, the architecture need some updating. The reports part is not the finest, and it could be improved. The Bitrix24 support service takes a long time to respond and is ineffectual as a result of not being able to locate the default widgets supplied to new customers.
