What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?
We have been able to centralize our work information, activities, clients and projects in a single program. All the invoicing and accounting part of the project is handled there, as well as the marketing area. We can even make calls, video calls and chat with registered users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This software has the ability to be hosted not only in the cloud, but also on computers, which makes it perfect to keep using it even without internet connection. The Bitrix drive allows me to have all the documentation and files of my projects in an orderly fashion and with the crm we can see all the tasks and assignments quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although the interface has a very user-friendly design, the many functions and sub-functions, make it overwhelming many times and a bit complicated to use. The technical service is not very efficient, as on a couple of occasions we called them for minor problems with the system and they always left us on hold.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to have everything in one program, that is hosted in the cloud but you can also use it offline, then Bitrix is what you are looking for. It helped us a lot with task organization, team member communication, information storage and much more. 100% recommended.

What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?
Bitrix24 is the best platform to create and boost a complete project, we were able to organize the information that goes to all users within the same platform and in turn share different files such as documents, graphics, invoices, customer responses and important dates. Bitrix24 integrates a private and personalized chat tailored to the needs of each client.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Bitrix24 offers its users to create a website and get the website name or domain. This tool streamlines the workflow between teams online. Its interface is easy to use for anyone and it has a free version which makes it much more functional. The use of lists allows for better organization and control of all activities performed and pending.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It incorporates very few links between the application and other platforms. At some point it would be very good to incorporate a Mailchimp service to carry out mass marketing projects and incorporate a database with contacts of all potential customers of the company. Many of the options in the pro account are not included in the free version.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a platform that incorporates many options for the development of an effective project. It would be very useful to incorporate an option that allows the creation of advertising campaigns to other platforms to promote new product launches, as well as creating a chat link between the consumer and the user and increase a little more the limit in the space of a free account.

What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?
Bitrix24 allows you to create custom contacts or import old ones from other tools. Every time you communicate with a contact (phone calls, meetings, emails), their data is neatly stored and arranged in Bitrix. This way, whenever you reach out to a customer, you’ll have all the information you need!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Overall, working with Bitrix24 as my main project management software has really improving my team effectiveness in developing a product and increase our time spend on organizing project that has short due-date.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sales and marketing processes can be repetitive and endless. You might think you’re finally done, but there’s still a lot left.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Well, I used Bitrix a lot of time and you know, the things doesn`t change a lot of time. For sure, Bitrix is got a lot of features and integrations. But the question of quality of these features are opened. For 100% benefits of features, you should to charge the money for add-ons, or you should to do some of dev-jobs. This is not cool for the small teams. Overall: for employees and some teams from CIS this software is 'must-have'.
