What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has flexible payment options such as domestic ACH, international wires and virtual card, it's easier than ever to pay vendors using your preferred method. The software also syncs seamlessly with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct and NetSuite for easier data entry, improved accuracy and faster account reconciliation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The new interface is not as easy to navigate as the old one. A great feature of Bill.com is its ability to upload multiple invoices and then analyze them for different vendors. In the previous interface, that was simple.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I like that Bill.com connects to QuickBooks and is easy to take advantage of for people who don't have extensive accounting experience. The functions are intuitive and technical support is available via chat when I need it. The image processing feature works great, as soon as a new invoice is uploaded, it is converted to digital text and saved. It makes it easy to save and forget invoices.

What differentiates Bill AP Automation from other similar products?

We have a whole system to enter invoices and pay vendors and contact information to make payments on time and also allow vendors to manage their own accounts if they have updates so it is our one solution for our accounts payable because it fits right in with our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have a simplicity for entering invoices, tracking invoices and finding invoices already paid due to the tools provided with excellent synchronization of accounts payable with QBO and reissuing a check if needed due to it's very user friendly interface for first time users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It really needs better management for customer service because it is only by chat and many times you can't express your ideas or needs well because it is only a chat, it would be nice to be able to make updates or changes in the invoice description lines on several invoices at once before saving them and passing them to the next approver as well as having different payment methods without having to synchronize with QBO.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Bill.com meets our accounts payable needs and is reliable and easy to use as well as being recommended for companies that have a full time person dedicated to dealing with this software, and are looking to centralize payments in one place to make the invoicing process efficient and works well for small businesses that need to control accounts payable and receivable.

What differentiates Bill AP Automation from other similar products?

Automatically synchronizes with integrated accounting software, reduces manual data entry improving accuracy with invoice capture and duplicate invoice detection. Keeps a copy of the canceled check with the invoice so you can provide that information to the invoice payment capability.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Bill.com's customer service is much improved. Customers calling to talk straight talk and know what they are doing to help when you have a question or problem. it is a great tool and I would recommend it especially having worked with other payment processing software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Synchronization issues have messed up historical customer data in QuickBooks, Customers do not prefer this interface for payment and after all, using our system resulted in a much more streamlined and cost effective process, bank transactions are easy to intercede, and QuickBooks easily compares those payments to invoices or vendor expenses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It works well for small businesses that need to control accounts payable and accounts receivable. As for large volumes, we have habituated data losses when adjusting with Netsuite and the lack of support causes major headaches, it is very docile to use and allows a small team to deliver a splendid product by delivering payments to vendors in an accurate and timely manner. They allow many inputs for suppliers to customize how they get paid.
