Extremely creative solution to a universal problem

What differentiates Bigtincan Content Hub from other similar products?
When I worked with the product and the company, it was unique. I still remember that mental jaw-drop when I realized just what it could do! I had 20+ years in the business of document (content) management and I'd seen nothing like it. It scales, so companies realize productivity gains whether they have 5 employees or 50,000. It's easy to use, platform independent, customizable across industry needs and intuitive. The people who work at BTC take an entrepreneurial, customer-first approach and focus on continuous improvement.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Improving communications through the ability to manage, refresh and push content to people based on their roles.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can't think of a thing!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's been a couple of years, but Bigtincan had some great simulations that are very helpful. Obviously it helps them to sell, but if you're considering a purchase it will aid in identifying individual aspects of your organization that will benefit. One of the greatest challenges of a disruptive technology / product is, ironically, focusing on where to start. BTC can help you improve business processes throughout your enterprise, but its beauty is that you can start small and scale as you identify areas of need.
