What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

We can look at a huge number of tasks per person in BigTime to help us estimate expenses. For us, the most crucial features are automatic invoice generating and project management. Before BigTime, we manually prepared invoices in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat at the end of each month and emailed them to clients. As you may guess, this was quite laborious and time consuming. It may take several days to get a complete month's bills. BigTime requires just an initial setup for the many sorts of invoices required and creating one takes simply a few clicks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BigTime addressed several significant holes in our accounting, billing, and project management routines. For us, the time tracking tool was just a bonus that allowed us to abandon Tsheets and save some money. The ability to present lists of employment opportunities with names is incredibly valuable for staff discussion sessions. Many accounts may be extracted and filtered, as well as sorted. It is really beneficial for anyone who uses this function to find out the status of their employment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I believe BigTime is seriously lacking is a clock in/out option. Employees have a stopwatch to keep track of their hours, but I don't believe it maintains track of the time of day or anything else. It would be much better if there was a desktop app for power users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

BigTime team is eager to work with you and provide you with a fantastic discount on their software. Implementation may be completed in as little as a month, which is exceptionally quick when compared to alternative options, but you are not required to achieve that time constraint. You may plan each training session and invite anybody from throughout the organization to participate. I've had two separate Success Representatives and they've both been fantastic, adapting extremely well to our company's demands.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?

We get estimates, tracking, and time billing. The BigTime webinar taught me more about the importance of professional service tools. I was able to obtain fairly precise prices. To maintain track of the workflow, we continually check our projects. I can do Quickbooks connections that are both stable and speedy. Billing is easier, and there is less tracking and billing time. The receipt photo that is instantly linked to the customer's invoice was fantastic. Everything is now done in the same manner by our staff.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Time management is one of the most comprehensive on the market, including report generation, time control management, payroll management, and other features. It features a contemporary appearance and well-organized accessible options. This makes it easier to see the findings achieved. It is quite simple to collect time and invoice it, which helps to improve your company's profitability. Bill-cutting has gotten lot easier, and I have no trouble describing how it works to our staff. Another feature I appreciate about the application is that everyone can view each other's work and that permissions can be readily changed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The software installation procedure might be time-consuming. Budgets include a handful of inefficiencies; it is difficult to produce the entire cumulative invoice. The "click here to submit these hours" button is another feature. This should be placed in a more visible location. I've had hours without transmitting numerous times, producing a difficulty, and a brighter color or better situated button will definitely alleviate the problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you spend enough time experimenting with it to see what it can achieve. You may think about developing a biometric recognition system. Customer service has logistical flaws, and it might take a long time to reply. You may state that we have the opportunity to change aspects such as report design, which can be too simplistic in design at times.
