What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?

Its section system is quite efficient and guarantees each activity carried out is safe for both partners and clients, in addition it has grown over the years guaranteeing that the functions are reliable even for new clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Allows the customization of the system allowing it to adapt to the requirements of professionals, allowing content management and order control from its platform without having to resort to other systems to fulfill its functions

What do you dislike most about this product?

Everything has worked well for me since the tool was implemented

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation is for those professionals in the marketing area to integrate this tool into their commercial systems, because it is complete from the sales area to the commercial processes

What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?

The flexibility in the Catalog set-up and site display settings were lovely! It's great for beginners AND seasoned professionals.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I mainly worked within the graphics aspect of a BigCommerce shop, on behalf of a non-for-profit project, so having that vast amount of customization possibilities at my hands was important.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, back-end errors would pop-up on occasion when trying to set up currencies for different regions, but Customer Service fixed everything in minutes after we contacted them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If it's your first e-commerce experience and you're going solo or have a small team, it's easy to start with! If you're a bigger company, you'll appreciate the details in every feature, front-to-back.
