What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?

It has a more mature feel than Shopify and allows you to keep your rapport with your B2B or more mature customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Super easy to set up, but infinitely customizable beyond that if you want to go down that route.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In addition to the recurring fees, they charge to get access to some analytics. I wish that came standard as part of the regular package.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a B2C startup, go with Shopify. If you sell B2B or want to appeal to a more industrial crowd, use BigCommerce.
