What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?

API first awesome catalog configuration and features many integration very easy to install a lot of payment gateways it is not Magento ;)

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Product Catalog and possibilities for coupon codes

What do you dislike most about this product?

feature focused on Stencil integration, some features doesn't available in headless implementation

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

think about the price of BigCommerce and other additional services. BigCommerce is very powerful but for example search or advanced coupon codes need 3rd party

There are a lot more capabilities with this product compared to other ecommerce options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer groups and price lists have been vital for how we operate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product and category creation involves a lot of extra steps and is not very intuitive compared to other ecommerce options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

BigCommerce is a good option if your ecommerce needs require more functionality than a basic retail shopping platform.

When debatingi between BigCommerce and Shopify, I chose BigCommerce because I heard it was more capable of handling a large, complex catalog.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Having a fully hosted store on a reliable platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not a ton of flexibility

Try a demo store on BigCommerce and Shopify and see which works best for your needs.
