The number of features available.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not the most mainstream platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great option, but I would also consider Shopify.

What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?

I have not used other products to compare Bigcommerce to shopify or other systems out there

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to use and train staff on how to manage the e-commerce platform

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be great if there was a calendar/management system for the customer data side. We use the notes section but if that was built out a bit more, that would be helpful for our customer service team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great platform and has been a game-changer for our company to grow ecommerce.

3rd Party Payment integration is cumbersome and lots of bureaucracy around it to get a contract signed

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before starting the work make sure you resolve the payment processing
