What differentiates Benchmark Email from other similar products?
The notification feature of this platform is correct and fast. The client support system is responsive as compared to different applications. E-mails are put by drag and drop feature that is straightforward to use. It’s quite reasonable for several users. It attracts many users’ by offering rich options. For the users as it cost low and offers all the new and updated features in a single place with only one click.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite factor regarding Hatchbuck is the support. I have gone through the initial onboarding, the videos, phone support, email support, and currently chat support. I’ve always gotten an immediate response! The other thing I like about Hatch is its simplicity. It’s straightforward to navigate and was easy to coach my team to use it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It might be useful if you may assign multiple contacts (email addresses) to multiple companies. Would conjointly love the ability to possess additional promoting automation options, like if somebody doesn’t open an email, then send them another email. I also have been having problems with bot activity and not being able to inform if somebody opened or clicked on an email.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Benchmark one does a pretty job of helping change your email prospecting. The dashboard helps track opens so you’re able to make targeted phone calls following up on your emails. It helps produce a targeted approach to contacting customers!

What differentiates Benchmark Email from other similar products?
I recommend the program for its ease of use and also for all the functions it has.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I've been using a drag-and-drop editor for the last several years since it's simple to use and allows you to generate email templates in a matter of minutes! Aside from that, it's completely worth it to develop emails and sign-up forms from scratch.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Even with this tool/platform, email deliverability is a difficulty for developing ESPs; however, they provide dedicated IPs as well, which is wonderful since the send volume is large!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The tool is simple to use, and the premium services aren't too expensive, so give it a shot:)

What differentiates Benchmark Email from other similar products?
Even if you don't have any knowledge, you can create attractive emails with almost intuitive operations. You can easily check the open rate, etc., and the price is reasonable. It has the necessary functions for email marketing, such as setting up segments, measuring open/click rate, and setting up delivery suspension.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If it has an LP creation function and can be used well, it will be extremely cost-effective. Knowledge of coding is not essential, and seminars are held regularly, so even those without specialized knowledge can use it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not bad compared to other tools, but I find the mailing list management a bit confusing. The mailing list management seems a bit confusing to me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I was able to easily start distributing the newsletter by email. We were also able to increase the number of subscribers, thanks to the fact that it was set up so that it is very easy to create a registration entry in HP. It is very useful because you can easily create an attractive email newsletter without the need for a designer. It is possible to create HTML emails with high visibility and readability without specialized knowledge. The open rate of email newsletters has improved by 10-15% compared to before (although there are factors such as iOS).
