What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Since it is possible to know who opened and clicked on the email, it helps to improve customer research in inside sales. It is easy to improve email deliverability because you can see how many people clicked on which URL in the delivered emails.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is saved each time you modify an image. Since it saves every time you adjust it, you can end up with many similar images. I appreciate the automatic saving, but having an overwrite selection feature would be nice.

It also makes it incredibly simple to create email deliveries using html and CSS, where we can make any html changes and pass dynamic information. Being equipped with all necessary features allows for its unrestricted use. Using CSV to import lists, adding addresses automatically to text, scheduling early deliveries, list splitting, email delivery, HTML email forwarding, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I also enjoy it since I can quickly construct email templates. Aside from that, I adore the various possibilities for starting from scratch when creating emails and signup forms. With a UI that recognizes each user, benchmark email stands out and makes use and handling easier. With Benchmark Email, I can manage all email campaigns, including transactional, promotional, and trigger campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It cannot scale for many categories. The customization process will present several challenges to new users. Response time from the support team is prolonged. It hasn't developed a novel trait that distinguishes it. I also found it challenging to schedule emails to be sent. It is a method for uploading a list of delivery locations, but because it generates more files, it is challenging to handle.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anyone may quickly compose and send HTML emails using templates, even if they are unfamiliar with HTML. It is simple to do AB testing. The report function that displays the open and click-through rates in real time is proper. The transition between levels is completed relatively quickly.
