What differentiates Barracuda Email Security Gateway from other similar products?

Ease of integration and customization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it performs in the background with minimum overhead.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Have has it prematurely trigger emails as SPAM when they were not. However, it is "better safe than sorry". It is easy to adjust the offending flags.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Always take a full look at the product including professional reviews. It works great for our infostructure and has help us to avoid a lot of security issues with SPAM and phishing tricks to our staff. However, this review or opinion is based solely on our setup. We are satisfied with Barracuda.
