Its fulfil the need user-friendly interface and customisable features also track the record track the application
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Time management’s also the approval criteria and tracking system and the best feature is onboarding and off-boarding
What do you dislike most about this product?
To closing IT Asset tasks sometime its stuck on the user end and other person unable to close the task.

The org charts it generates are a really great way to get to know the people and their connection to the bigger picture in an org. Love it!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Export data functions could be improved
