Most important, it is employee focused, with great interface for anyone to navigate easily, On there, you can start from sourcing for employees, to onboarding, performance tracking, benefiting, succession planning and even firing. Some others do not offer these complete set of features.

Clean user-interface Proficient employee tracking Easy to onboard and track performance Employees are the main focus here

It is a bit costlier than other local platforms, although it performs well though. But you know, companies need, best product for great discounts.
