What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

BambooHR is an excellent online HR system for both small and large businesses. It includes useful features such as time-off tracking, new hire tasks

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BambooHr has a lot of positive features, such as: 1. It has a simple and clean user interface that makes it easy to navigate the system. 2. Simplified onboarding and offboarding tasks 3. Mobile app - You can request PTO from any location :-) 4. It's a viable option for e-signatures. 5. It's excellent for reporting. 6. The Calendar makes it simple to see who is absent from your team. 6. It is simple to get started with open APIs that have a lot of potential for integration with HR tech vendors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't much to dislike about BambooHR, but the biggest drawback has to be the lack of integration with other apps like BetterCloud. You must rely on APIs and webhooks. It doesn't also detect National Holidays when requesting for a a PTO.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend it. It handles all your HR requirements with ease.

Liked the UX, the look and feel, and the value for our money. BambooHR contains "360 Degree Feedback

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very time managing and also very easy to set up and use. The presence of mobile apps makes life simpler in terms of accessing data on the go Simple to navigate, easy to integrate, and great for recruiting and onboarding. Ability to customize.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Full functionality is not available on mobile apps. it does not have a feature "Scheduling"

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a delightful application that recognizes it from other comparable applications in that it contains the feature "360 Degree Feedback" that brings employee's thoughts closer and helps the achievement of the work.

Like BambooHR enables an applicant tracking system (ATS), time, payroll processing, benefits management, employee engagement and satisfaction tools, automated reminders, and workforce data analytics to manage all criteria regarding employment. life cycle of employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

BambooHR is expensive compared to other competing programs, yet it allows several functions that make it robust and effective for the job.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend BambooHR, it makes it easy for the human resources department or team to improve the hiring process, onboard new employees, manage compensation, as well as maintain and analyze employee data.
