What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BambooHR provides us with excellent tools for organizing, managing, and storing all of our employee files, as well as managing payroll and benefits. We particularly appreciate how simple it is to communicate with our team members. BambooHR customer service is outstanding. So far, the best feature is the app that you can download on your phone; it, like the website, is fully functional. You can clock in and out and be geotagged to prevent cheating, request time off, view pay stubs, and so on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, the only disadvantage of switching to BambooHR has been that our pay stubs are not available until payment day, whereas they were previously available two days earlier with the other program we use. We occasionally discover areas in BambooHR that are difficult to change. Fortunately, their customer service is friendly and responsive, and they can assist you with any problems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

BambooHR is a cloud-based human resource management system that I highly recommend. It could be the software your company has been looking for to streamline your processes and keep all of your HR needs in one place. I highly recommend BambooHR because it's simple to use, can be used on your iPhone, and has fantastic reports.

BambooHR has been a trusted partner for applicant tracking, managing our onboarding process, employee reviews, and now payroll. We have been a customer for many years and have added various layers to their service offering as they are implemented or tested. The company is huge and it's great to have a tool where you can find everything in it. I've been with the company for over 3 years, so I use BambooHR to look at new hires and see if they might be a perfect fit for a specific program.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate the BambooHR UI since it makes it simple to find all of the choices on your profile. If you have administrator privileges, you may view all of your and your team's information. The smartphone version is likewise rather comprehensive. BambooHR offers adaptations to match my specific requirements. We have a large number of workers and have set up many data tables to keep track of whatever we could require for future research.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Bad judgments made during the onboarding process might be difficult to handle later on. Tables make things easier since they allow you to export and import data in bulk, but previous knowledge is essential for successful application. I don't like that you have to be an admin to make changes to your own profile, such as changing your address or shirt size. Also, only administrators may alter their profile images.

Spend at least a week installing the tool for all of the data you intend to input. If you want to, you'll be delighted you joined the BambooHR family.

Recruiters may monitor a big pool of prospects in real time to hunt for certain criteria. Because of the simple interface, HR can quickly start working.

The mobile app's minimal capabilities make working from a mobile device tough since it's not as productive as the desktop version. As you connect 3rd party applications, the price rises rapidly, and you wind up paying considerably more than the basic price of the plan you choose. Small firms on a limited budget must be wary.
