What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

I use this program to keep up to date all the information of employees and candidates for different positions in the company. It is a software with many tools that help me in many areas of human resources. For example, it allows me to create pages of job offers and also to add the offers in the different portals and social networks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows me to quickly view the absences of employees, as well as the overtime they have worked. I can also store the resumes of the candidates and keep an order with the profiles and information of the employees. As for job interviews, I can quickly send through templates, different applications by email.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a program that can become overwhelming because of the many functions and tools it has. And although it has many, it lacks a very important one that is a complete payroll management, where you can make the calculation and have organized all the payment of employees, without the need for other software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Undoubtedly I recommend this software to all companies regardless of their size, because it is an excellent help in the human resources department, from the process of interviewing and selecting candidates, to their entry into the company, their employee profile, their follow-up at work, overtime, etc.. It is everything you need to have an organized and functional human resources management.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

When it came to team management, this program was a perfect fit for me. It eliminated a lot of my headaches and made it easier for workers to log their own time and see when they were off. The solution fit my budget and could expand if my needs did. It coordinated well with complementary tools to ensure that I had access to the advantages I was due at any given time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When it comes to human resource management, BambooHR is ideal for startups. You should probably search elsewhere for a solution if your organization has more than one hundred workers. If you require benefits administration or any other features that aren't standard in an HRIS, you may always opt for one of the available add-ons. It makes the onboarding process easy and intuitive for the business and the new hire.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although BambooHR is a great tool to help the HR team, there are also some things that are not entirely satisfactory, the Benefits Administration is a weak point, the Reports could improve as well, and the customization capacity would be an important point in where they need to improve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

That's fantastic for a firm with a solid foundation. Some getting used to its utilization may be necessary if the company is young or poorly organized. So many options exist that it can be confusing to choose the ones that will provide the most value.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

Saves time, easy to use. Employees can use it themselves with little training. Log in hours. Also great for time off, managing interviews and applicants.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use and reliable. Easy for admins.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Simple software, only recommend for small-sized companies that don't have complex operations yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great tool for payroll tracking and HR management. But features are limited.
