What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
Very easy to explore the application , As a manger it helps my job very easy as I can share many things with my co-workers staring from viewing time-offs and its approval , vacation policy of organization , track of salaries and incentives etc. Most of the fields/features in the application are customizable for example , time-offs section you have ability to set for 1 hours or 2 hours.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact is, this has everything one is looking for in terms of HR activities , as a manger I was also benefitted from it in many ways for example all employees data are stored in it , it saves lot of time for me . I can use some filters and extract the desired data. We may be having many people working with us from different locations , the only way and fastest way to connect with them is , through BambooHR .
What do you dislike most about this product?
This is for start ups, small and medium based companies only .
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Everything under One umbrella , if you are looking for people management data , employees data in one place , salary details of employees at one place and many more , then this is the product to have !

- Its ability to tracking leaves, balances , track holidays , Time-Offs - Clear visibility of people working organization via charts - It can integrate with other tools easily - Employees job gets easy

I wish it had more other features like posting different updates on a common place
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Other employees have great visibility of co-workers availability, we longer need to write long emails for leave request anymore! Employees can easily apply for leaves using this tool.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
Very intuitive and easy to use. Their help desk is great and they've done a nice job with documentation and videos.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lack of a usable benefits platform especially for open enrollment. For what is there, they'd be better off not having a benefits section at all.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are doing open enrollment on paper, this will not help you to change that.
