As a time-tracking tool, this is just what I needed. Allows workers to request time off using the mobile app, and you can see who's off for the day and the month at a glance with notifications. In addition, BambooHR is ideal for keeping personnel information organized, since there is no need for paper files, and data can be accessed at a look. You can rapidly run reports on just about everything you could need to know. Customer service is another strong suit of BambooHR. It's convenient to be able to receive answers to my questions right away thanks to the chat option.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's nothing about it that I don't enjoy. With all of the changes they're making, I'm excited to see what more is in store. Improved: The document storage part has been redesigned and is now simpler to use.

I'd say give BambooHR a go. Using it is a pleasure since it's attractive, interesting, and simple to use, plus the company provides excellent support and updates.

It is terribly intuitive to use and any confusion is typically cleared by learning modules or live chat. Plus, they’re constantly changing options and coming out with new things that show they are committed to serving their users. It’s a beautiful system to onboard new staff. You’ll be able to set up who is supposed to sign off. Before, we used to send connected documents in an email. We were able to remodel our documents among Bamboo into signed electronic documents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simple, pretty, straightforward to use, easy adoption for staff. Recruitment, ratings, easy reporting, onboarding. Using the reporting to grasp who is doing what and going where is great. They additionally helped us build one thing internally to assist manage our in house benefits. There are more options that we use, together with performance management, time tracking, applicant tracking, and so forth. Our team loves it because they can log in and view their pay stubs and different relevant information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike however the BambooHR web app is usually disconnected for security concerns; this issue is also rectified. I’d like BambooHR to include all of the functionality accessible within the online app in the mobile app.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no built-in scheduling options in BambooHR at this time. You can't get notifications for certain activities (such writing a remark on a coworker's profile). It is not permissible to generate signature templates in an employee's file; they must be kept in the main Files (which would be helpful if something only applies to that one employee). In spite of these flaws, BambooHR is amazing and I would still suggest it to my friends and coworkers.

I think you should give BambooHR a go. It's aesthetically pleasing, simple to use, and continually adding new features.
