What differentiates Balto from other similar products?

Seamless artificial intelligence based tool to enhance call experience apart from other application . Integration is also easy as compare to similar tools

It is very intuitive and can really helpful to get good call experience and remembering things during calls with its amazing artificial intelligence technology

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes I am facing issue due to getting more calls at once but overall it is a very good tool and Balto is improving day by day .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anyone who wants to get seamless experience of voice control and remembering information during calls . It is a great tool to use and once you experience it definitely you will be cherished

What differentiates Balto from other similar products?

We tried some solutions like Gong, Salesloft, etc but the Balto real-time data driven AI technology gives the edge here. Handling calls become so easy as Balto constantly monitors and analyze the calls. User-friendly dashboard makes it easy to implement the system in our enviornment and deploy our solution

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The most liked aspect about this product is that we can easily make automation solution for variety of response and analytical purpose. It helps in improving the business and target models. Balto's helps by monitoring the real time calls and provide the outmost and appropriate response instantly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Balto helps in solving major problems in communication field but has some potential downside too. 1.) The pricing model with usage is highly in vendor favourable than the client's. Considering the price and features they should be balanced or modified. 2.) Due to real time processing, too many calls can create an issue for servers to process, unless healthy amount of load balancers are being utilized. 3.) The compliance regarding data privacy has transpency issue. Balto should provide proper measurements regarding client's data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Balto is quite amazing solution if organization has to manage the communication with client responsively. The pricing can be little too overboard, but once you provide the weightage to the features being offered against the compitions Balto is highly practical solution. Since the Balto is being supported constantly, integration and related issues are not to be seen quite frequently.
