Pricing is affordable , installation is pretty smooth and easy.

Detailed report on emails after backup gets completed .

What do you dislike most about this product?

Time to backup is taking more which the product team has to still figure out.

Excellent help to have such a powerful backup product - recommended to use in small size organizations

Best email backup product I have used with cyber security plus the affordable cost.

Easy accessible and simple to use.

Sometimes performance is the issue post that support team needs to be bit fast with resolution

For small scale company this is best product of backup data and keeping the company's data protected

What differentiates BackupAssist from other similar products?

It has lower price than competitor products. It's a user-friendly and reliable backup solution that offers a variety of features, including cloud backup, disaster recovery, data reduplication, and encryption. It's scalable to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes and id cost-effective.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's ease of use of user ID likely its most favoured aspect. I appreciate it intuitive interface and straightforward setup process, making it accessible to both technical and non-technical personnel. This simplicity can save the time and reduce the likelihood of errors during backup operations

What do you dislike most about this product?

Even this price has user friendly interface, reliable and cost-effective, there are some aspects which I personally find difficulties. It includes limited customization options, performance less efficient in large environments, and technical support from vendor.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Users with advanced needs of larger data sets might need to explore other options. To make an informed decision, evaluate your specific requirements, compare feature and pricing, and consider user reviews.
