What differentiates Avoma from other similar products?

It is super easy to use and the staff is very helpful in making sure it is customized to your organizational needs

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Call recording and transcript. I also love how it sends meeting reminders to clients BUT would prefer it customized the time zone to match the time zone of the client instead of sending meeting reminder in my time zone

What do you dislike most about this product?

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a time saver, and so helpful to have to look back on client meetings and takeaways. Great for training too.

What differentiates Avoma from other similar products?

While this is the only AI meeting management tool I've used, Avoma stands out by allowing me access to AI-driven meeting notes and automatic client communication.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of Avoma is the ease in which I can follow up with a client using the transcript, notes, and summary. It saves me time from having to take my own notes and allows me to be more present with my client.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I feel like there are so many features I'm not sure how to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take your time getting know all of the features- I'm sure there are many I am not taking advantage of.

What differentiates Avoma from other similar products?

The convivence and streamline makes it easier to go from meeting to meeting and not overlap one clients POV and pain points against another. Help to keep daily meeting and conversations very organized.

Nothing at this time and it's been almost a year.

Start today, you can't afford to miss the important take ways from being a move active participant in daily meetings.
