How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Avoma from other similar products?
I appreciate Avoma's support with notetaking and call recording
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite part is Avoma's automatic recording (so I never forget) and their integration with Hubspot so my notes automaticlally copy over. I also appreciate the ability to customize recordings before sharing externally.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The AI generated notes are a bit off sometimes, but still useful as a general guide
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The CS Support is great, so use them when you can!

What differentiates Avoma from other similar products?
The ability to set up the frameworks for notes and other generative features. This allow us to get the summaries the way we need them. Auto-update of the call summaries into Salesforce. AI scoring of the calls - this is a gamechanger as it saves us a whole bunch of time and actually allows every call to be reviewed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customization options and the speed with which it is evolving and adding more capabilities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing right now.
