What differentiates Avoma from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the most impressive aspects of Avoma is its ability to automatically capture and summarize key points from meetings in real-time. This saves time and ensures nothing important gets missed, making collaboration and follow-up much more efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the speaker's names are captured wrong by the transcription AI tool but it is editable so that is good! I would also suggest if I could have the communication in 3rd person it would help.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend that this tool eases the process of taking up the meeting notes. Also that Avoma ensures easy integration with other CRM tools

What differentiates Avoma from other similar products?

Accuracy. I have used (or experimented with at minimum) several other similar platforms and i found Avoma to be more accurate in its AI capabilities. I would also have to toss in that Avoma is more intuitive and user friendly, better laid out, and provides more timely feedback.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As simple as it is, my favorite feature is actually the AI 'Smart Notes' after a call. This feature alone saves me about 8-10 or so hours per week of followup emails. And as I said before, the AI features appear to be more accurate than other platforms, so i only need to take the smart notes, make minimal changes, drop them into my MoM email and be done. Exapnding on "accurate", I am often impressed that the notes not only take what is said and consolidates/summarizes the actual words, but uses a logic that indicates it is considering more than just the individual sentences.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To be frank, there is nothing is truly 'dislike,' rather there are some things i just don't care for or have small annoyances. I have noticed a bit of lag in joining meetings, and this is not consistent, it's occasional. Another occasional part is in the transcripts, sometimes the wrong speaker is labeled. Not a major problem, but a small annoyance occasionally. I feel like everything else is either on par or insignificant to me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Depending on your role at your company, i would compare certain features such as the accuracy of the notes and transcripts, the video playback quality. For my role, the most important parts are being able to go back and easily find where something specific was said and being able to take the Smart notes and save myself a boatload of time recapping the discussion via email. I use Avoma for these in every meeting, everyday. I also compared the time/cost savings for my company and showed that vs. the cost of an upgraded license to show the value. So all in all, i feel like value is the key reccomendation here - excellent value and ROI.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part is Avoma's automatic recording (so I never forget) and their integration with Hubspot so my notes automaticlally copy over. I also appreciate the ability to customize recordings before sharing externally.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The AI generated notes are a bit off sometimes, but still useful as a general guide

The CS Support is great, so use them when you can!
