A Nice platform for call's review and training

It's easy to organize conversation and find the most important parts of any conversations unlike it's competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With it we are able to share insights with one another and have more effective conversations. Also it's the best platform for training team members for listening calls.

There are no negatives with the platform since it has amazing features that's work's so we'll.
