What differentiates AvidXchange from other similar products?
I love the Avid capture feature and how it really helps automate the invoices.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The automation of capture is probably my favorite feature, but I do enjoy the program.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When it is down.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The price is definitely worth the product and effectiveness it offers. It is also very user friendly.

Quite good, I shouldn't grumble

What differentiates AvidXchange from other similar products?
AvidInvoice is always developing. It's very user-friendly and when there is the occasional glitch, it never takes long to get back up and going and thus I shouldn't grumble or complain. I've only used a couple other, antiquated similar products in the past and let's just leave them there. Avid has a lot to offer, more than I require, albeit others in my company use it for other applications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have been using Avid for about 8 years, and at two different employers. It's been consistent in basically looking the same and hasn't changed the basic duties that I need to perform on a daily basis. The Self-Service portal is wonderful as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The occasional glitches are about all I complain about.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Speak with other end-users at various companies and glean from what they say.
