What differentiates AVIANET Virtual Event Platform (2D/3D VEP) from other similar products?

In our organization, we have deployed Avianet VEP to conduct immersive training sessions for pilots, cabin crew, and ground staff. The platform allows us to simulate various emergency situations like engine failures or cabin decompressions, enabling our teams to practice critical response procedures in a realistic virtual environment. We not only use it for training but also event management and hackathons for our IT teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One key benefit of Avianet VEP is its ability to improve retention and application of emergency protocols. Unlike traditional methods, which may rely on classroom lectures or manuals, Avianet VEP offers hands-on training that reinforces muscle memory and response protocols, boosting readiness and confidence during real emergencies. The 3D visualization are also amazing during project presentations and management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no major cons with Avianet. Any issues we had we reached out to the support team and they were very helpful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Avianet VEP facilitates continuous learning and adaptation. As a manager, I value the platform's analytics and feedback mechanisms, which provide valuable insights into individual and team performance during simulations. These insights allow us to identify areas for improvement and tailor training programs accordingly.

Honestly, the 3D functionality is pretty unique. Forget flat screens, you can design virtual event spaces where attendees can walk around as avatars and interact with 3D exhibits. It sounds gimmicky, but for a tech company, it could be a fun way to showcase products or demos.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As someone who stresses about branding, I love that AVIANET lets you completely customize the event experience. From logos to colors, you can make everything feel seamless with your company's look. No more generic virtual conference halls!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform seems feature-rich, but I couldn't find much on built-in analytics. For an IT project manager like me, data is crucial. Knowing how attendees engaged or which booths were most popular would be gold for improving future events

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look, if you're planning a virtual event and want to stand out, especially in a tech-y field, Avianet Vep is worth considering. It's got some innovative features. Just be aware that you might need to use a separate analytics tool to track results
