Excellent tool, but the support is expensive.

What differentiates AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System from other similar products?
In today's market, there are several MES systems, but Aveva MES is undoubtedly the one that best adapts to the mining process. It is a robust system, easy to customize, and simple and intuitive for the end user's visualization layer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its ease of customization and integration with other systems, to me, is undoubtedly what adds the most value to the tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support is something that needs improvement; it's not country-specific, and sometimes the response time is slow. Since it's a production monitoring tool, support should be much faster. Another point is about the price of support; it's a high cost.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a tip, I would suggest that it's necessary to have an IT person or team that is already familiar with the tool to work alongside Aveva in order to monitor the development. After the implementation is completed, this team or personnel can continue maintaining the system, including improvements, and also provide initial support in case of any issues.

It provides a good and easy integration with other AVEVA Products which is a huge plus considering already working and in place AVEVA Systems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Nothing specifically Overall environment is good and easy to implement
What do you dislike most about this product?
I believe the licensing cost is a bit high

Highly considerable specially if they have already in place AVEVA products.
