What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The features that appeal to me the most are its cloud-based automation platform, user-friendly interface, and simple implementation in our business. A straightforward Bot that automates email sending is one of the things that attracts me the most because it helps higher levels and has an easier method for a beginner to understand.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Charts, sets, and other types of parameters cannot be shown using the dialogue box; only Chord parameters are permitted. Unfortunately, OCR cannot be used for document automation since complex documents constantly undergo approval.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Automation Anywhere is best for programmers and developer which allow them it easily begin by designing bots to automate labor-intensive processes. This is a technology that does more than just automate labor-intensive jobs. The one that also reduced working hours and overall costs while boosting efficiency, optimizing operations, and reliability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Queue concepts require deployment for each no# of item it's executes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely IQ Bots and Queue concepts they need to improve to compete with other RPA tools vendors.

What differentiates Automation Anywhere from other similar products?

I think the system and application analysis is better than other products. Also, in the past, the development screen was a little closer to the engineer, but the addition of the flowchart has made it easier to continue development on-site. It has also made it easier to penetrate when educating. In particular, by including the management function from the beginning, it was possible to use the program activation and execution functions even in a small startup, considering the future development landscape.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Until now, many departments used RPA at the start of the job, which involved time adjustment and lead time, but now that scheduling and trigger execution can be performed, it is possible to fully automate tasks that are not in a hurry to do so.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It was not necessary to deal with version upgrades, but there were quite a few bugs and glitches, so you should not stop using bots developed in the past, even if you upgrade. It is good to be able to manage flexibly, but since there are many types of permissions, it would be helpful if a set could be created to some extent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Recommended if you give importance to management, such as enterprise-wide implementation. However, the cost is a bit higher. You can deploy it on a single machine or in the cloud for high availability and scalability. I searched for a while to find something that would satisfy my needs and finally found it with Verify Access.
