What differentiates AutoCAD from other similar products?
It can learn you basics of engineering drawing because in AutoCAD they use many drawing principal in decent way. You can choose which coordinate system you want to use like absolute coordinate system or relative coordinate system. As it is not parametric software so it basically helps you to do less mistakes. Plant layouts and profiles comparison are the unique features which keep this software as very helpful
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Engineering drawing basics are incorporated in this software in good manner which helps yo learn drawing principal for beginners and when it comes to layouts than it is the open solution for kind of problems and keyboard shortcuts make your job quite easier and saves lot of time. You can work in isometric also using this software
What do you dislike most about this product?
Provides very basic features and required continually improvement as per Market requirement. This software takes lots of time in creating 3d models and it is not parametric so it is very difficult to do changes frequently
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Very basic software for cad modelling. For beginners in this it is ok but for advanced i will not recommend this software

What differentiates AutoCAD from other similar products?
autocad have many features and lots of plug-ins that supports autocad and have multiple file acceptability.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
vast acceptability and plug-ins available for the software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
only one thing "HATCH". this feature is way to heavy for hardware so software just stuck on the application of it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
if you need full rounded solution for 2d CAD designing, judt go for it.

AutoCAD is an essential product in any firm.

What differentiates AutoCAD from other similar products?
I have not tried many other products, however AutoCAD seems to be the best bet for designing duct and piping layouts for building schematics.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use when adding ductwork or piping to an existing floor plan.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The learning curve can be quite tedious.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Research and learn all the internal tools available within the program to use it as effectively as possible.
