What differentiates Attentive from other similar products?

What makes Attentive different is the incredibly supportive team that helps you determine the best approach to text message marketing. Along the way you are assigned a person who is dedicated to your account and will help look over stats, suggest improvements, and help with implementations. Plus, there is always someone available if you have any questions or if you run into any issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use and that it has made it possible to communicate with our customers so easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes setting up the journeys can be a little bit of a pain. I don't love the setup.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely check them out. Attentive has an incredible staff with plenty of resources for customers.

What differentiates Attentive from other similar products?

Integrations with key technologies in my industry - Punchh and Olo have been essential

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Awesome customer support and very easy to use platform to show ROI at the individual campaign level

What do you dislike most about this product?

Wish it wasn't so much more expensive to send SMS with Emoji or Images. Because of the ROI we are stuck mainly sending plain text SMS. But if they occasionally ran special pricing we would experience more often. Also wish more options at the opt-in level to assign guests to a location.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Feels like some of the main features were more focused for ecommerce business and not multi location. Otherwise it's an excellent product that continues to evolve.
