What differentiates AssistEdge RPA from other similar products?

Assistedge is the only scalable and proven winning platform that helps companies in end-to-end service modernization through automation, helps reduce operational costs, and improves productivity. Assistedge from the control tower provides admin users with an elegant view of the availability of bots and the number of processes running processing time compared to SLA Etc. processing status. The improvement in processing time can vary between 30 and 70 %, as observed in different use cases, or order cancellations due to human error are also reduced to zero.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I will state an example of creating access for a new user, there are several manual steps involved in the access creation process. Approval sends an email for access creation with the requester's details attached in an Excel sheet. With Assistedge the entire process can be automated and decrease time by offering up to six times more efficiency. The robot collects the request records in the ticketing application and creates a new ticket for account creation. It accesses the email and reaches the attachment to get the applicant and approver details. From the registration data.

Compared to its competitors, we believe that the overall fee for the service is high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your company decides to automate processes using Assistedge RPA, you can help bots perform this sense of assistance in the RPA load generator by exhausting incoming requests. By organizing the requests lined up for account creation once the requests are designed to make the bots available for a next process.
