What differentiates AskNicely from other similar products?

Ask Nicely's survey customization is far more advanced than similar tools, and the ability to have so many data points attached to a customer makes the NPS score data more valuable because it can be attributed to different dimensions like project/customer type, project manager, region, etc. It's really good at generating internal feedback for coaching and improvement versus just focusing on getting public reviews, but it still helps a lot with that too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is really the customization of the survey and data tags for customers. As an agency it was really easy to make this fit our client in the restoration industry very well so they could understand the customer experience at a multi-office level but even down to the things that matter most to customers for different types of projects and see which project managers need some coaching and specifically around which key attributes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only real downside is that it doesn't track external reviews sites like Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc. Like many other reputation management tools do.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a tool that provides deep customer experience insights and you complete many projects on a monthly basis, then this is a great value add. If you don't do a ton of projects regularly or just want to get more positive public reviews, there are much simpler, cheaper tools out there
