What differentiates Arctera Backup Exec from other similar products?

Its easy to use, and configure. It has a user friendly set up, It gives me the ability to recover both physical and virtual workloads.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides a good backup solution for me and our customers. The technical customer care services is good and they are quick to respond to any queries.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its quite expensive compared to Veem, and Altero which also offer back up solutions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a hardware that you need to use for backup, I highly recommend you purchase Veritas Backup Exec.
