What differentiates Archie from other similar products?

I haven't tried many alternatives but Archie seems to work really well for desk reservations and visitor access. Never had issues with the platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I get notified whenever a visitor checks-in, I can see when my colleagues are planning on being at the office, and easily reserve a workstation or meeting room.

What do you dislike most about this product?

An easier way to see my colleagues schedule would be great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pretty easy from a user perspective, and it's great that you can connect it to Slack.

What differentiates Archie from other similar products?

They offer a lot of functionalities in a single plan, visitor tracking, room and desk booking, emergency management, and more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's really complete from a product perspective, and it nicely integrates with Microsoft products so you can access most of Archie's features within Teams or Outlook.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's very easy to use but it has some limits when it comes to customization options, and on top of that there are minor usability issues here and there.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think Archie is overall a great system to manage office resources and visitors, especially if you connect it to your existing tools.
