What differentiates Archie from other similar products?

Simpler user interface, which makes onobarding and adoption quite fast compared to legacy solutions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can fully automate visitor processes with different steps based on the type of visit. The integration with WiFi networks is also a great feature as we can use it to share access with our guests.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of smartwatch apps is a minor shortcoming.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Archie provides the best value when you use both their space booking features and their visitor module, so definitely worth considering that when choosing.

The option of a fully white label mobile app, and modern UI combining visitor tracking and workspace management features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Extremely simple user experience, yet lots of customization options on the admin side.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The workspace analytics module should be easier to edit and should ideally include additional data points.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To focus on the initial setup and to make sure to create different visitor automations from day 1.

Native support for different communication channels like SMS, email and push notifications, without having to connect third-party tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Real-time visitor updates and the possibility to notify anyone present in the building.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Their analytics dashboards are visually appealing but lack deeper drill-down capabilities, which require downloading multiple reports as CSV to get to the data we want.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take advantage of Archie's built-in features and rely on integrations only when really needed.
