What differentiates Aptean CRM from other similar products?

OnContact features a nice design and meets the wants of modern contact centers. This can be backed up by a talented technical team that’s continuously available to produce support. A unified client experience that may be delivered to completely different scales and business models. It includes OnContact Flows, an intuitive drag and drop tool to style IVR. The technical support for the tool, I think, might be better. I have been able to adapt this tool to the business of my clients, taking the necessities made by the call center area, that attend to customer requests through OnContact.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

OnContact CRM is a multimedia system call center solution, IP-based, giving an entire and integrated communications management for voice, video, email, instant electronic messaging, and social networks (Facebook and Twitter). Its design – 100 percent SIP standard – meets the requirement for a contact center more flexible, scalable, and profitable. Fully developed by Collab, this multimedia suite permits the existence of many contact centers connected during a distributed model.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The end-user applications had some problems with audio devices compatibility. After you purchase headsets usually vendors never heard of Collab etc. Integration with external applications like Skype, Microsft is nonexistent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would advocate OnContact to any company needing to transform contact centers into customer engagement centers. I work with the system each day. We had rare system issues that were ne’er root caused by OnContact itself.

OnContact CRM is intellectually sound, with the best insight controlling option in a business. Further, OnContact CRM takes the progressive line that deals with marketing tools and relationship support for companies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

OnContact CRM is less digital, where it would have established methods that are significant in making communications effective. Further, OnContact CRM would establish virtual coordination and emergency controls.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

OnContact CRM is the option that supports emotional coordination and connection in a company. More so, OnContact CRM levels up the marketing line that companies require and the steps to get to the top in a ladder.
