Ease of use, security policies, Mera data extraction and workflow management are some features which are really good.

Workflow management and DAM

Still migrating from old user interface to the new one.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make your requirements clear before hand. Iteratively do End User Testing and make sure that the users have a clear understanding and can adapt easily. Get someone aprimo certified who will help you to look into issues.
