What differentiates AppNomu from other similar products?

AppNomu has a variety of unique features which other SMS marketing tools do not have like, the schedule SMS which can be grouped and make different schedules of SMS. This is helping our Organization to have different schedules like the SMS for important updates can be scheduled at a separate time while a reminder for contribution can be scheduled at a separate time of that very single day.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to configure and modify the schedule rules, and also I like the personalization of messages using the name ID, tag hence replacing the tag with the actual name of the SMS recipient, the customer care team providing an ample support and responses to our questions has increased our experience with AppNomu.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to see the pricing for SMS reduced because they do charge a lot of SMS if you are to compare their rates with other tools, Also, It would be better if the user interface gets improved for the mobile version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend AppNomu but one should consider the size of the contact list and also the pricing

What differentiates AppNomu from other similar products?

AppNomu provides a very good sanbox enviroment if you are going to send SMS through API where you can test the SMS before launching your application and they do support a lot of SDK to help code your authentication application to send OTPs in the programming language you are comfortable with and they have the ready made plugin for WordPress

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have used AppNomu for three years and it has been a good product for us helping us to send customized SMS and bulk messaging to our clients to remind them about their orders, and important product updates, I like the large number of SMS they support compared to other providers where they do not support few messages I have liked the pricing compared to other tools, here the pricing is per SMS you send and you can only top-up your account as in credit compared to other tool where pricing is per month regardless if you used the solution or not

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have seen often weakness in the support team where they do take a lot of time to respond to questions and this does not meet our interest when we have an emergency technical issue and the team do not respond, also top-up made through PayPal on the wallet, take longer time to be approved and acredited to the account

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend the tool because it is affordable

What differentiates AppNomu from other similar products?

The new added AI, makes it easy to create good short messages and the tool have custom reporting feature for providing analytic reporting

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the contact management of the tool, easy to upload the contacts into the system for easy sending of bulk messages, also the pricing of the tool is fair

What do you dislike most about this product?

When sending SMS and the SMS does not get delivered, they do charge and they do not refund for such failed SMS and I wish they should be able to refund the money.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend the tool, it has helped our organization to reach more clients through our SMS marketing
