What differentiates Applauz Recognition from other similar products?
Not very knowledgeable of what other companies are doing. What I do know is applauz.me helped us understand that our employees craved more recognition form their managers, and applauz.me helped us delver exactly that.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Each manager has their own style, and for some giving public praise isnt part of their DNA. With the reminders and the dashboards, these managers now have a tool to guide them and allow them to say something thoughtful. Employees are responding very well to the appreciation they are receiving!
What do you dislike most about this product?
There should be pre-built templates in the perks marketplace, coming up with ideas wasnt natural for us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Their service level is second to none. The marketplace as well as impressive

Our account manager is not only knowledgeable of the product but is also super helpful in coming up with creative ideas to drive engagement, wellness and appreciation in our team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fact that Perks are separated from the gift marketplace, which creates a dual shopping experience. We would prefer both to be blended into a single marketplace
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The surprisingly, quick speed at which employees seemed happier, was well worth investment!
