What differentiates Applause from other similar products?
Applause has assisted us with our mobile app to make sure it functions as intended and is compatible with a variety of devices. Additionally going above and above, Applause assisted us in analyzing our reviews.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We were able to identify particular problems and verify compatibility across a variety of phones thanks to Applause. the range of testing methods. They just developed a capability for automated functional testing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it takes a while to comb through the findings. The PC dashboard may benefit from some streamlining. Sometimes, the cycle starts slowly. not adaptable to some modern settings, like Windows 10 With Edge.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With testing on actual, less-than-perfect devices than those in a typical QA lab, Applause delivers results that are applicable to the real world. You can obtain feedback from people who would typically be your consumers on their gadgets, including some bizarre things that would only occur in the real world. Ahead of time is preferable to after release.

What differentiates Applause from other similar products?
Additionally, we required input on the UX/UI of our goods, so having the option to communicate with many individuals was helpful. With the assistance of the Applause team, we were able to close our internal automation project with the ability to pay close attention to many aspects, come out over time with an exceptional quality standard, and manage regression.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's incredibly simple to communicate with the Applause Platform team, and our team appreciates the ability to run test cycles at any time, for each release or sprint. Excellent cycle and details management accuracy, as well as excellent assistance and adaptability to manage the specific scenario. It's a pleasure to work with clever people who are dedicated to the end product, and the specifics for each TC or issue make it easier for us to comprehend the issue. The option to connect the Platform to our own BTS and the issues/TC dashboard is obvious and simple. Outstanding platform support.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When I wish to test the same version on several products (such as iOS, Android, and others), there isn't the option to check automatically for repeated errors or to have a single dashboard. It is really a minor aspect of a fantastic platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Applause is incredibly accommodating to our demands; they were able to start up campaigns for our items quickly and in several different regions.

What differentiates Applause from other similar products?
We are using this tool to know the different reviews and ratings that our applications have in different stores, so we can correct the errors that customers have in our products and provide a better experience with us and our service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It generates a series of important analyses that help us to know what the customer really requires in each review. Such as sentiment analysis and visual analysis, which help us determine by priority, what is most urgent to correct. We can keep track of ratings, scores and reviews of the best and most popular stores, plus we can filter them by location. Its interface is simple to use and the diagrams it generates are very easy to understand, allowing us to immediately catch errors and customer demands.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like the surveys to be more customizable, according to our products and not as generic as the system presents them. I wish the application could be integrated with other software to make it much more efficient and more convenient to use. The application may be expensive for some companies, but it is worth the cost, as maintaining online reputation is essential for any mobile or web application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The mobile application testing team uses it to test our applications on many different phone models and in many different languages, giving us the confidence to release high-quality global applications. Specifically, I use the mobile beta management tool for preliminary app development to get feedback from users.
