What differentiates Appium from other similar products?

what makes Appium different from others is that it uses WebDriver protocol to automate mobile software testing, so that it becomes easy to for developers to write similar code which is widely used for web application testing. And on top of it, it supports a wide range of mobile platforms for test automation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best thing about Appium is supporting WebDriver Protocol which is a huge benefit for automation testers who work on web application as if becomes very easy for them to write code and perform mobile automation testing with little change.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The support for Mobile web apps is not as robust as Native Mobile applications in Appium.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Appium is a great tool to perform mobile and software automation testing by using a loads of features which it provides. With WebDriver protocol, cross platform support, multi language capability and many other things, it naturally becomes one of the best choice when it comes to mobile application testing.
