Simplicity of the implementation of BPM and RPA paradigms dovetailing with the trends of low-code no-code approaches for enterprise solutions

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Rich catalogue of cloud-first features and integrating capabilities

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of Appian developers in the market is normally a hindrance to a wider adoption

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you treat it as an Application Delivery practice with all the rigour of ownership and release management. Campaign the concepts of BPM and get buy-in for high business-value-adding projects that are suitable for the platform. Fast-track API or event-driven integrations with your core systems to enable process digitization with faster turn around times.
