What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes performance issues keep occurring due to huge data being handled concurrently. Document management can be little better

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go ahead, ease of working for someone who is new in technical and programming aspect! Time saving as compared to other conventional ways of development! Easy for clients as well to understand the workflow & features of Appian.

Have a clear adoption path, and don't assume it'll work out the box to solve any kind of problem Take the time to mature the practice through building simple value adding solutions.
