The features are amazing, but overall it is not that easy to customize.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The sheer amount of features and they presentation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I dislike is the price.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a need for a slick tool Appian is the way to go.

What differentiates Appian Low-Code Automation from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Appian leads the BPMS and iBPMS markets in production deployments in the public cloud, and it is one of the few cloud platforms that can manage business outcomes, as well as process orchestration of hybrid processes spanning on-premises and cloud environments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

License model is rigid and expensive, There is a definite learning curve associated with Appian and functional information may be difficult to find. Better in line help would be a welcome addition. The pace of change means that, just about the time we are mastering this version, the NEXT version is coming out.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I might want to see greater adaptability in Appian's UI segments We're presently secured to expecting to have a client account in the event that you need to collaborate with the framework - it is incredible to have the option to have mysterious clients Appian's RPA capacities are as yet developing. I might want to see more easy to understand the board/formation of RPA measures
