Very user friendly and intuitive, little if no training required.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Work order tracking and tenant communications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lacks the accounting ability/sophistication for complex commercial real estate accounting/NNN lease administration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Excellent product for residential and basic commercial real estate management/accounting.
