What differentiates AnyDesk from other similar products?

The best thing I like about Anydesk is that it supports cross-platform and session recording capabilities. The good features of and quality service that it provides make using it a comfort. With an internet connection, it is possible to easily access files from anywhere.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can easily connect with remote system in just few seconds. It is provid ID number which is use to connect with remote desktop, also we can set password for security. Also it is provide file sharing, screen recording features which is best part.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although the integration is rather straightforward, the server sometimes gets hang up. Alright, there’s a lot of non-negative stuff here; the whole process is beneficial.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Recommended for best Remote Support with semaless integration.

What differentiates AnyDesk from other similar products?

It was extremely easy and quick to implement across our organization with minimal downtime or hiccups in providing remote support to our customer base. These were critical factors when making the decision to change.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very intuitive remote access/control tools which makes it easy to bring new employees up to speed quickly. We are a small company so getting new employees ramped up quickly is essential to our business model.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There needs to be more emphasis on security in this product. Generally speaking, it has the basics covered but as hackers and bad actors become more proficient in identifying security holes, the vendor needs to be equally adept at closing the holes and implementing new measures to secure this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get a good understanding of your employee's and company's needs with regard to remote access and control and make sure you match these up with the product you select. Many remote control/access programs provide similar functionality but it's the way they are presented to the end user (the usability factor) that determines whether they'll be of use to you. Also, if you will need to lean on support, AnyDesk has been a good partner that seems to care deeply about their customers and resolving outstanding issues. These were critical factors to us.
