Easy customisation as per the requirements

What do you dislike most about this product?

It’s not as cost effective as it appears

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your customer size and traffic does not vary with huge changes plus you can afford hardware and infrastructure engineering team then in long run (4-5 years) in-house is far cost effective and even secure than any cloud including ec2 from AWS
