What differentiates Amazon EC2 from other similar products?

My company is utilizing AWS. Cloud-native solutions are being built today, shifting from legacy API services to micro services that can be containerized and deployed in a secure container environment. It's easy to manage, orchestrate microservices into respective containers with AWS service offerings like ECS and EKS because it has its own master control plane and the various worker nodes are deployed in IT troubleshooting. Our computing, storage, networking, database management and analytics needs are all met by AWS's offerings. S3 and other AWS services are vital to our business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We chose AWS because the data centers are located in nondescript facilities, making it difficult for anyone to access the data, using services like ECS, EKS, and cloudwatch to monitor and track the various activities and events

What do you dislike most about this product?

To prevent tampering, we may want to log external access to servers and services.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There have also been issues getting access to supervisors/managers, or being advised of how to access a formal complaints process that doesn't send us back to the same team we're already complaining about for lack of results, responses, or professionalism. No matter what we try to do, we've been held hostage by the same support(sic) team. Because of this, we're unable to get this looked at because they aren't resolving or working to resolve the issues. We can't even tell anyone about the problems we're having with this team because they've blocked all communication.

What differentiates Amazon EC2 from other similar products?

AWS provides a vast number of services for Tunneling, Storage, VM, IP, and other app services. Amazon works on an advanced level and the structure scalability can be organized based on the organizational requirements. AWS works on advanced protocols to secure VM, resources, and storage and works on a high grid for organizational structure. Storage resources are quite fast to access.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best aspect of AWS is the speed of resource access and the security grid. The structure of AWS is overall complex to implement but it has a variety of scalability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

AWS pricing tier is quite high, Customer services mostly refer to the documentation and they don't help much with any problem in the first instance whereas Azure customer service support investigates the issue deeply. AWS has recovery issues with Load balancing EC2 Instances that were once terminated, it's unrecoverable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend anyone purchasing AWS, plan the organizational structure as per the requirements and Infrastructure choices. AWS provides a vast selection of Infrastructure to be designed for the organization.
