You don't need to worry about the data loss and malware attract because it is completely secure and regularly monitored by the technical team of software. All the communication between parties is end-to-end encrypted. It is a communication software used to communicate to the business community both inside and outside of the business through chat or calls. Amazon Chime allows you to customize your service according to your need and you have to pay only for selected service rather than the whole package.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Amazon Chime lets you set up audio and video calls with your client by using a single application. Single applications offer all necessary services for successfully handling virtual collaboration with a low cost of production. You just need to install, schedule your online interaction and share it with people with whom you want to join. You can share live screens sharing, online conferences, and webinars sessions. Amazon Chime offers all the services needed to conduct successful business meetings and video conferences.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Amazon Chime is not allowed to be used for free. There is no free version available on the market. You have to buy the tool for usage purposes.

What differentiates Amazon Chime from other similar products?
Amazon Chime is the first to offer pay per use which is amazing and is very easy to implement. It's a big money saver if you're trying to stick to a budget. It's also great for conducting interviews.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that it's so budget friendly is definitely a big plus.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some features are a little outdated like not including closed captioning. Overall it is on the somewhat basic side, doesn't offer the same features as Microsoft Teams.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're trying to stick to a budget and only want to pay per use, this is a fantastic option. It's easy to implement. It meets all your basic needs.

Features like ringing the attendee of a meeting and giving the ability to indicate that they will be a few minutes late are unique to the product

Ease of use and ability to screen share and record a meeting

Sometimes the audio when using Bluetooth headphones can be buggy and requires you to rejoin the meeting

Consider the cost as the biggest deciding factor because the main features of a video conferencing tool is there
